Set up direct exchanges

Bigblue is rolling out direct exchanges, allowing your customers to exchange articles in the return portal directly.

With direct exchanges, customers can

• Exchange for a variant of the initial product... but not only ;)
• Browse your entire product catalog in the return portal
• Upsell choosing more expensive products — they pay the difference with a Shopify checkout
• Exchange one item against multiple other items (2 or more!)
• Instant exchanges without the hassle for your customers of adding credit card details — the customer places the order instantly, and we hold the new order until the return is shipped
