Proof of delivery

The Proof of Delivery (POD) is a document or digital confirmation that verifies the successful delivery of goods to the intended recipient.

Why is it useful?

• Customer assurance. It provides confidence to customers that their package has been delivered securely.
• Dispute Resolution: Helps resolve disputes by verifying the specifics of a delivery (who signed to collect the package for example)

Which carriers have Proofs of Delivery?

All counter-signature carriers have PODs. They are either accessible in the app for Colissimo (domestic deliveries only), Paack, DPD, Correos (domestic home deliveries only.), Seur and KN Road or can be requested by our Support team to the carrier.

How can I access the PoD from the app?

You can download the Proof of Delivery from the Order Page for available carriers (see the section above).

On the order page, click on the tracking link and then on "Request proof of delivery."
